Pulis gone
|
Tony Pulis has been sacked as West Brom manager with the club a point above the Premier League relegation zone and without a win in 10 top-flight games.
The Baggies were beaten 4-0 at home by Chelsea on Saturday.
West Brom won their first three games of the campaign, but have not won since 22 August, when they beat League Two Accrington 3-1 in the Carabao Cup.

Good news for us in my opinion. Couldn’t see us overhauling them while he was there. That being said, Fat Sam is looking for work.

I also think this is good news for us.
Lack of managers out there as it is, even if there was anyone, nobody decent will want to go for West Brom.
Whilst Pulis would of scraped and been horific, they wouldn't of gone down under him, they may now, which is only a positive for us as we have to just pray there are 3 teams worse rather than us being better, as unless we have a big January, we are fooked.

This job is made for the walrus. WBA play his sort of football. If he can contain his greed they will welcome him with open arms. He's got more chance of climbing the table than Moyes has with the deadbeats he's inherited.

Maybe they will try and tempt Moyes with a proper contract.

Good little job for someone this with the new owners. Maybe Coleman is a bit aggrieved as this could have suited him.

Yep... Sam is a Dudley boy, it'll be a 'homecoming' for him... really wouldn't be at all surprised.
And they already play his sort of football, so not a huge stretch to where he'll want them to be.

Probably the biggest Summer spend in their history. Maybe they've strayed too far from what they were good at before.

I'd bet that Pulis would get more of a response out of our squad than Moyes.

Good timing by the WBA Board.
Both O'Neills are now free after world cup exits -and either is miles better than Moyes or BFS.
If they nab Martin O'Neill it will show our board up for the cretins they are, appointing Moyes before the last game of the qualifiers.

This is an opportunity for re-employment by the likes of Bilic, Koeman or De Boer.
Naturally WBA fans will want a billy big cojones manager and not a Moyes type. And as for the home grown talent who can see any of the talked about like Howe and Dyche jumping from their teams to WBA.

This is how low we have sunk, thinking that WBA without Pulis will put them into the bottom 3 as they arn't going to do any better than him in a replacement.

Considering we took the only Manager available, this is a bit of a weird move from the THROSTLES?

They don't have Mickey Mouse chairman\\men\\person and board so will probably make a better appointment as he'll be happy to work with the WBA board compared to our shower.
